Building relationships is what Chase Upson is all about. Chase has over 12 years experience in the business of people. Chase began his career as a stock clerk at Publix Supermarkets, quickly working his way up to Assistant Manager of the Meat Department. Once Chase had children, he moved into building material sales in an effort to have a more family friendly work schedule. That’s where his love of real estate began! Soon Chase decided that bankers’ hours were overrated and he jumped into real estate with two feet! No matter what field Chase has worked in, he knows one thing, “You’re only as good as the relationships you build.” His success in life has been predicated on those relationships he has worked hard to cultivate, maintain, and grow; and now he’s counting on them to help his long-term success in real estate. The most important thing you can do in sales is build the relationship, and a key to that is really listening and fully understanding an individual’s specific needs. Investing in people is his key to success. Chase is married to Nicole Upson, a teacher at Hinson Middle School in Daytona Beach. Together, they have two boys, Lucas (5) and Landon (3). Chase’s favorite thing to do is be in the woods with his two boys. He grew up in Ormond Beach and it’s the only place he has ever called home.
